Lemon (juice) - 1 piece
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Vinegar wine red / balsamic - 1 tbsp.

Honey - 0.5 tsp.
Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
Garlic - 1 tooth
Feta cheese - 50-70 g (to taste)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Nuts - 2-3 tablespoons.

Step-by-step recipe:

To prepare a warm salad with a pear, you will need the ingredients. They are listed.

Cut each pear into 4 parts. Remove the seed capsules and stems. For preparation of a salad hard, almost ripe pears in quantity of 3-4 pieces will approach or suit. Small or medium size.

Lay the slices skinned down, cut up. Sprinkle with juice 1 slice of lemon. This is so that they do not darken.

Mix 1 tablespoon. melted butter with 1 tbsp. Sahara. If pears are unsweetened, the amount of sugar can be increased to 2 tablespoons.

Lay the pear slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Lubricate the prepared mixture of butter and sugar.

Place the slices in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 7-15 minutes, until soft and golden.

In the meantime, prepare the gas station. Combine the olive oil, vinegar (wine or balsamic), honey, mustard and finely chopped garlic clove.

Thoroughly mix everything. Try refueling. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If you plan to add salty cheese (for example, feta) to the salad - limit at this stage 1 a small pinch of salt.

If necessary, add more salt to taste already in the prepared salad.
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan until the fragrance appears. Slice the knife into large pieces. If desired, keep a few whole nuts to decorate the salad.

When the pears are ready - tear the leaves of the lettuce with your hands. Put in a salad bowl. Add 2/3 of the prepared fuel. Stir gently. Instead of lettuce leaves you can use rukkola.

Put the salad on a serving plate. Add the slices of the baked pear.

Sieve, cut into slices / plates or crumble cheese. For salad preparation, it is suitable for both hard cheese (Parmesan, Swiss) and soft (feta, gorgonzola).

Sprinkle salad with dried cranberries, cheese and nuts. Sprinkle the remaining dressing. Serve to the table.
