Delicious cake! I'll tell you right away - the cake must be baked on the eve of the celebration. It is not very sweet, but always delicious!



sour cream 1 glass
granulated sugar 1 cup
flour 3 cups
cocoa 1 teaspoon
Quench 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar


Sour cream 2 cups
granulated sugar 1 cup


sour cream 2 tablespoons
cocoa 2 teaspoons
granulated sugar 3 tablespoons
butter 50 gr

Add granulated sugar to sour cream. And cocoa. Stir, add soda, quenched with vinegar. Then gradually introduce flour.

Mix. The dough should be tough. We divide it into 2 parts. It will be two cakes. I have a large baking sheet (40 cm), I will bake 2 cakes and divide them in half. If you have a small baking sheet, you need to divide the dough into 4 parts.

Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then we take out the dough and begin to lay out on a baking sheet. We do it with our hands, trying not to break the dough, help with a rolling pin. The dough should be very thinly spread over the entire baking sheet. It is best to place baking paper on a baking sheet.

Using a ruler, divide it into 2 parts. When the cake is baked, it cannot be cut.
Bake until golden brown.

While the cakes are baking, you can prepare the cream. Whisk the sour cream tightly. The cream can be refrigerated until after baking. We take out the finished cakes, cool.

Apply the cream.
Then we prepare the icing. Still warm, but not hot, we put it on the cake.

Don't be bothered by the slightly uneven edges, then we'll remove them.

The cake can be decorated, I lightly sprinkled with coconut. The cake is delicious on its own and does not require any special decorations.

It is better to leave the cake on the table overnight at room temperature, but you can put it in the refrigerator.

The next day we cut off the edges, cut it into squares or rhombuses and serve!
