1 kg of pork flesh with the skin and the thin edge of the fat (in one piece)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
200 g of orange marmalade
grated zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. tablespoons ground cloves
1 table. tablespoon brandy
juice of 2 oranges
100 g of dried apricots
salt and pepper to taste


The oven is heated to 180 ° C. Meat wash well and dry with a paper towel. The skin is removed, the fat cut off, leaving a thin layer.

Garlic clean. 1 clove cut in half, the remaining cut into thin long slices and lard their meat.
