Pies with potatoes and mushrooms on air yeast dough may well replace a full meal.
The pies in its composition contain only vegetable fats, so they are suitable for fasting and vegetarians. I used fresh-frozen mushrooms in the recipe, but you can also use fresh ones.

Ingredients for the dough:

Dry yeast - 11 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
Salt - 1 tsp.
Water (warm) - 300 ml
Flour - 500 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

For filling:

Potato - 1 kg
Mushrooms - 350 g
Seasoning for vegetables - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking pies:

1. Start by making the dough. In a deep bowl we send yeast, sugar, pour warm boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. During this time, the yeast will begin to act and a fluffy yeast cap will appear on the surface.

Stir the mixture and add salt, vegetable oil and gradually begin to sift the flour. Depending on the quality of the flour, you may need more or less of the amount declared in the recipe.

Knead first with a spoon, then with your hands, knead the dough for 7-10 minutes, until it becomes homogeneous and not sticky to the hands. We cover the bowl with the dough with a clean cloth and set in a warm place for 40-60 minutes, until it increases 2.5 times.

2. While the dough is suitable, we will prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes and boil until ready in salted water. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, at the end we add seasoning for potatoes and vegetables, if necessary, add a little salt and pepper.

Ready potatoes in the air, adding potato broth to it. Add mushrooms to the mashed potatoes and mix - the filling is ready.

3. The dough that has come up is once again kneaded, laid out on a work surface, rolled out and formed a sausage. Small pieces will be cut from the sausage. We roll out each piece, put the filling, pinch and form pies.

4. Fry the pies in vegetable oil from two sides until golden brown and serve hot.
