Crispy hot buns with fresh vegetables, fragrant beef, lettuce, spicy sauces. Juicy and hearty hamburgers will be a great snack for a cold glass of beer.

Cooking them is simple enough, and small tricks will help make this process fascinating and beautiful. As in most "prefabricated" dishes, the ingredients can be replaced and changed in number. So, immediately a photo of the result for motivation

On 2 really hearty burger you need:

Round bun - 2 pieces
Beef - 400-500 grams
Egg - 1 piece
Mustard - 1,5 tbsp.
Sauce Worcester - 2-3 tablespoons.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ketchup -100 ml
Gherkins - 5 pcs.
Onion - 1 piece
Tomato - 1 pc
Cheese - 4 slices
Salad (Iceberg or other leaf) - 2 leaves
Butter, sunflower oil
Salt, black pepper, spices (coriander, cumin, etc.)

Making a hamburger at home

Beef cut into very small cubes (chopped), or let's go through the meat grinder (but in this case, you need to take a fat piece, so that the hamburger cutlets turned out juicy).

Add to the chopped meat egg, mustard, Worcesters sauce, salt (about 1 tsp), black pepper (1 tsp). You can add coriander and cumin to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Advice: turn the cutlets carefully so that they do not fall apart. As an option - add a little flour or other "fastening" ingredient.

We lining the dowel with parchment paper. We form out of minced meat 2 cutlets about 1.5-2 cm thick, a little more than a bun, in the center we make a small groove. We put on the parchment in the freezer for 15 minutes.

White sauce: pickled gherkins - 3 small (can cucumbers) finely shred, add mayonnaise (3 tablespoons) and mustard (1 tbsp), mix thoroughly.

Red sauce: squeeze 2 cloves of garlic in 100 ml of ketchup, mix.

Mine tomatoes, lettuce leaves, peel the onions. We cut onions and tomatoes with thin rings, we cut the gherkins with thin plates.

Well warm in a frying pan butter and sunflower. We spread the cutlets, fry 3-4 minutes on one side, turn over and put in the oil a sprig of rosemary, periodically pat the rosemary on the cutlet. Periodically, also pour it with oil from a frying pan (a sprig of rosemary gives the oil a special flavor and aroma). In the end we put a cheese sheet on the cutlet, so that it fuses slightly.

While the cutlet is being prepared, cut the round bun for hamburgers along into two equal parts. Warm / fry from the inside in a frying pan with a drop of butter. Lubricate the "bottom" halves with white sauce, lay out a salad leaf, a slice of cheese, a cutlet with melted cheese on top, tomatoes, onions and gherkins. The order of ingredients can be changed at will, that is, you can assemble a burger to your taste.

Spread the red sauce over the top of the toasted bun, cover and slightly-slightly squashed. We enjoy juicy hamburgers with beef and vegetables!
