Soft creamy cottage cheese - 500 g
Cream (any fat content) - 100 ml
Chocolate - 60 g
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Gelatin - 15 g
Instant coffee - 1.5 tsp

Step by step recipe.

Pour gelatin into a saucepan, pour 1 glass of water and leave for 30 minutes. Add cream and chopped chocolate to the gelatin.

Put a saucepan over low heat and heat, not boiling until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Remove saucepan from heat, add coffee and stir. Transfer cottage cheese to a bowl, add honey.

Add the creamy chocolate mass to the curd. Beat the mass with a mixer until smooth.

Pour the chocolate-coffee soufflé into tins, put in the refrigerator until it solidifies. The chocolate-coffee soufflé is ready. Enjoy your meal!

Egg ice cream in accordance with GOST.

I tried to make ice cream according to different recipes, and this, according to GOST, turned out to be the most delicious. You can replace cocoa with boiled condensed milk, get a crème brulee ice cream, or serve ice cream with fruit pieces. The only drawback of this creamy ice cream, in my opinion, is its calorie content.

To make homemade ice cream in accordance with GOST, we need the following products.


Cow's milk - 150 ml.
Granulated sugar - 250 g
Chicken egg - 5 pcs.
Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
Cream (33%) - 500 ml.

Step by step recipe.

Heat milk with sugar until warm. Add egg yolks to the milk and stir well with a whisk.

We return the milk to the fire, make the fire minimal, and, stirring all the time, bring the mixture to a boil. The mixture should get a little thicker.

Let the milk mixture cool completely, then rub it through a sieve so that there are no lumps.

Whisk half the cream and half the milk mixture into a fluffy mass, pour into a container. Whisk the other half of the milk mixture into a fluffy mass with the remaining cream and cocoa. Pour chocolate ice cream into a freezer container.

We put containers with ice cream in the freezer. After an hour, we take out the ice cream and mix thoroughly with a whisk. After another hour, stir again. Then we leave the ice cream in the freezer until it solidifies.

Before serving, we take out the ice cream from the freezer for 5-10 minutes so that it thaws slightly, it is easier to make balls out of it. Egg ice cream prepared in accordance with GOST can be served. Enjoy your meal!
