1) In order to prepare a prescription cheesecake necessary to melt the butter, cool slightly. Then the milk is warmed slightly in order to make it easier to dissolve the salt in the milk and sugar. Now add in the eggs and milk well mixed. Only then add the melted butter.

2) Now you need to mix the flour with the dry yeast quick. Half sypem flour to the milk mixture and stir thoroughly. Pour the flour shall portions should have elastic soft dough. Hands will knead the dough for at least 5 minutes, then roll into a ball.
