How to cook carrot cake - the recipe of healthy eating.

We will need these ingredients:

• Flour - 2.5 cups;
• Carrots grated fresh - 2 cups or 1 cup of carrot juice;
• Sugar - half a cup;
• Lemon peel - 1 tsp;
• Vegetable oil - half a cup;
• Baking powder - 2 tsp;
• Salt - a pinch;
• Vanilla - a pinch;
• Raisins - 50 grams;
• Roasted Peanuts - 50 grams;
• Powdered sugar and pomegranate seeds - for decoration.
