Walnuts Chicken Pate. Today we’ll make chicken pate, which is great for sandwiches. Awesome sausage replacement.


Chicken fillet - 700 g
Walnuts (peeled) - 150 g
Chicken broth - 90 ml
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt, pepper - to taste
Water - 2 L

Pate preparation:

1. First you need to boil the chicken breast. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire. As soon as the water boils, add about half a tablespoon of salt to it, mix and put the chicken fillet in the water.

Here we put a bay leaf and a couple of peas of allspice. After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the fillet under the lid for about 20 minutes. We leave the finished meat to cool in the broth for 20 minutes, so it wakes up juicier.

2. Walnuts are sent to the chopper bowl and chopped until fine crumbs. Pour the chopped nuts into a bowl, and in the blender bowl we send the chicken breast chopped into arbitrary pieces and chop it until smooth.

3. Now add the mayonnaise to the bowl with the chopped chicken breast and grind it again. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use the broth in which the fillet was cooked.

4. In a bowl with nuts, we send the prepared meat, salt and pepper to taste, squeeze the garlic and mix everything until smooth.

5. To make the paste soft and juicy, pour about 90 ml of broth into the total mass and mix everything well. The amount of broth you can adjust the density of the paste to your taste.
