Waldorf salad.

One of the most popular salads in America is even more useful if you replace traditional mayonnaise with low-fat yogurt.

COOKING TIME: 15 min

Ingredients:

Apple 1 pc.;
Celery 1/2 cups;
Grapes 1/2 cup;
Nuts (walnuts (crushed)) 1/2 cup;
Yoghurt (fat-free) 3 tbsp.;
Lemon (lemon juice) 1 tbsp.;
Salt to taste;
Pepper to taste;
Salad (lettuce) for decoration.

Waldorf salad.

Mix a small bowl of yogurt and freshly squeezed lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste.
Finely slice the apple, celery, grapes and lightly fried walnuts. Stir all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with salad dressing.
Serve with lettuce leaves.
