Turkish Sultan Lokum. Delicate dessert without baking! Turkish "Sultan Lukum" is a roll that will create the feeling of an oriental tale!
Despite the fact that turkish delight is prepared in many countries of the East, all the same, the most delicious and successful recipes can be found only in Turkey. This dessert will not only surprise and delight your guests, but also create a sense of an oriental tale in the house.

Ingredients for cocoa cake:

Milk - 1 L
Powdered Sugar - 190 g
Flour - 160 g
Cocoa - 70 g
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
Butter - 60 g

For white cake:

Milk - 300 ml
Dry Whipped Cream Mix - 2 sachets
Coconut Chips - 200 g

Turkish Sultan Lokum.

Cooking:

1. Start by making chocolate cake: in 1 liter of milk, add 190 g of powdered sugar, 70 g of cocoa, 160 g of flour and mix all the ingredients with a whisk. Place the pot on the stove and cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until thick.

Remove the mixture from the stove and add 50 g of butter and 1 tsp. vanilla essence. Stir the mixture again to completely melt the oil.

2. Lubricate a baking sheet (40x50 cm in size) with 10 g butter and sprinkle with a dense layer of coconut.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a baking tray with coconut. Spread the mixture evenly and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

3. Start cooking white cake: whip the whipped cream mixture with 300 ml of cold milk (milk must be boiled first).

Beat the mixture at medium speed of the mixer, until elastic peaks. Transfer the milk cream to the chocolate cake and spread it evenly, smooth the surface and put the dessert in the refrigerator overnight.

4. Frozen dessert should be cut into 12 parts and roll each part in the form of rolls.
