Cooking:

1. Break the egg into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, kefir, sunflower and butter, after which we mix everything well.

2. Mix the flour with a baking powder, then gradually sift it into the prepared mixture and knead the dough. The dough should turn out soft, but not sticky, after which we cover the dough with cling film and leave it for 10 minutes.

3. Cheese grated on a coarse grater and mix with finely chopped olives.

4. We will divide the rested dough into 12 parts and roll them into balls.

5. We take one piece of dough and form a circle with a diameter of 10 cm with our hands, after which we put 20 grams of filling in the center and blindly assemble the bag, then gently roll it again into a ball.

6. Next, mix the rosehip syrup with water and dip the buns into it, then roll the top of the buns in sesame, then lay them on a baking sheet.

7. Using a cooking scraper or the back of a knife, make a cross-shaped pattern and put half of the olive in the middle.

8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
