An excellent recipe for cooking fish with vegetables in the oven. The trout is marinated and then baked on a vegetable cushion in the oven.

I propose to cook delicious fish baked in the oven. I took trout fillets, but you can use any red fish. Vegetables are also used those that are available.

I had a mixture of frozen vegetables and always fresh. Onions, garlic, tomatoes and bell peppers remain unchanged. Then only your imagination works. The fish is tasty and the vegetables are juicy.

Ingredients

Trout fillet - 550 g
Frozen vegetables (any) - 300 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Black pepper - to taste
Salt to taste
Marinade sauce:
Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons l.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp l.
salt to taste
Honey - 1 tsp
Sweet chili sauce - 1 tbsp l.
Spices for fish - to taste.

Step by step recipe

First, let's prepare the marinade. To do this, you need to mix all its components. Chop a clove of garlic with a knife and grind or use a garlic press.

Prepare the fish by skinning the fillet and rinsing it under running water. Cut the fillets into portions. Brush fish pieces with marinade, sprinkle with fish spices and lightly salt. Leave the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare vegetables. If there is a mixture of frozen vegetables, thaw them slightly. Cut the rest of the vegetables into large slices.

Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish. Put frozen vegetables, onions and lightly salt. Add bell pepper, spreading it all over the mold.

Sprinkle with garlic and add tomatoes. Lightly salt again. Put pieces of marinated fish on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with marinade (a little). Place in a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

The fish is ready. Serve chunks of trout with vegetables and lemon juice on the fish. Bon Appetit!
