I cooked tomatoes in a multivarquet, but you can also prepare this dish both on the stove and in the oven, cooking time and baking temperature, choose yourself, focusing on the specifics of your technique.

The most delicate stuffing of chicken ground with herbs and sweet pepper, delicious aromatic gravy and simplicity of cooking, rightfully makes this recipe one of the leaders of my everyday menu, especially in summer, when you can buy juicy, sun-saturated and vitamin-rich tomatoes.

Tomatoes (large): 5 pieces.
Minced chicken (50% of breasts and 50% of fillets): 300gr.
