Three-layer Schisandra (Lemon Pie)
This is the best choice for citrus pastry lovers. Schisandra turns juicy, not cloying, not sour, the taste is just harmony.

Homemade cakes with lemon are always delicious, but this recipe is really special.

Ingredients for the dough:

Flour (sifted) - 450 g
Milk (warm) - 120 ml
Dry yeast - 1 tbsp. l
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l
Butter - 200 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp.

For filling:

Lemons - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. (glass of 250 ml)
Manka - 1 tbsp. l

Pie making:

1. Prepare the dough: add 4 tbsp of warm milk l sugar and yeast, mix and set aside.

2. Cut the softened butter into cubes and add it to the previously sifted flour, add salt and grind it into crumbs.

3. Add the dough to the flour crumbs and knead the dough.

4. Cover the dough with cling film and send in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

5. Cooking the filling. To do this, put the lemons in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cut them into pieces, remove the seeds and grind them in a meat grinder. Add sugar and semolina to lemons, mix.

6. The cooled dough is divided into 3 parts. Roll out each piece on parchment. Align the edges to make a rectangle. We put the first layer on parchment onto a baking sheet and put half of the filling on it.

7. In the same way we roll out the second cake. Spread on top of the first and remove the parchment.

8. On the second cake lay out the remaining filling.

9. The third cake is rolled out as the second and laid out on top. We pinch the edges.

10. Pierce the top of lemongrass with a fork.

11. We send the cake to the oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

12. After baking, cut the edges, cut the lemongrass into small squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
