This recipe for pancakes in our kitchen is the most popular for cooking. Pancakes are gentle, thin, in a shallow, appetizing hole.

Milk: 300 ml.
Water (boiling water): 200 ml. (+/- 50 ml.)
Egg: 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar: 4 tbsp.
Flour: 200 gr. (+/- 50 gr.)
Baking powder: 1 tsp.
Soda: 0.5 tsp. (to repay)
Salt: to taste.


1. Eggs are combined with salt and sugar. Mix well.

2. Pour in the milk, stir.

3. Pour in the flour with baking powder, stir the dough until smooth.

4. Gasime soda, I usually extinguish lemon juice.

5. The dough turns out rather thick, almost like a pancake.

6. We bring the water to a boil and pour the boiling water into the dough. Mix well.

7. Frying pan is well heated, lubricated with oil. Pour a small portion of the dough.

8. The dough will turn pancake consistency. If you have a dough, add a little boiling water. Or vice versa, if the dough is too liquid, then a little flour. We pour in the vegetable oil, mix the dough well.

9. Pancake brown on one side, turn over and fry on the other. Pancakes turn well, do not take off your shoes. They have small holes and are rather thin.

10. Serve pancakes with your favorite sauces.
