Ingredients Tea tonic. :

Dried rose hips - 6 g;
Dried fruits of sea buckthorn - 6 g;
herbs centaury - 2 g;
Licorice root - 2 g;
dandelion root - 3 g;
honey - 20 g;
water - 200 ml.


Fruits are crushed roots finely chop, pour boiling water over the mixture in an enamel pot, boil 10 minutes, to insist 1 hour. Strain, add honey.

Apple kvas with ginger and mint.


3-4 apples;
1 liter of water;
Sugar 100 g;
2.1 h. L. dry yeast;
1/2 Art. l. lemon juice;
50 g raisins;
50 grams of fresh ginger;
1 h. L. honey;
1 bundle of mint.


Apples Wash, peel and seeds. Cut into slices and place in a saucepan. Pour over sliced apples with hot water, bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool.

In a separate container to cast some warm apple broth. Dissolve yeast in it and leave for 15 min.
Ginger clean, grate. Mint and raisins to wash, dry. Finely chop the mint.

In a pan with apples add "coming up" yeast, sugar, lemon juice, honey, ginger, raisins and mint. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid, leaving a hole. Put kvass fermentation at room temperature for 12 hours.

Ready kvass strain. Put in a cool place for cooling.
Serve with lemon slices brew.
