As the filling, we use an egg-cheese mixture with subtle notes of garlic. We form fir-trees from fresh cucumber, stars - from carrots.

The result is original miniature Christmas trees that will decorate the New Year's table. With a little imagination, you can always create a culinary masterpiece that will reveal your talents.

Ingredients

Red caviar - 50 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
Sand tartlets - 6-8 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Boil the eggs "hard boiled", cool in water, peel off the shell, grate on a fine grater. Grind soft cream cheese with a grater. Connect components in one container.

Add mayonnaise and garlic, crushed by the garlic. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Fill it with sand baskets, forming small slides.

Top with red caviar in the amount of 1 tsp.

Cut the fresh cucumber into long slices using a peeler. Put each plate on a toothpick in the form of an accordion.
