Walnut cookies with chocolate. Deliciously delicious pastries with nuts and chocolate. These shortbread cookies are better than you can please yourself and your family when you have some free time. Ingredients for the dough: Flour - 470 g Butter or Margarine - 190 g Sugar - 140 g Eggs - 3 pcs. Baking powder - 1.5 tsp. Salt - 1 pinch Apricot marmalade - 3 tbsp. l For a nut layer: Butter - 200 g Sugar - 130 g Vanilla flavor - 2 tsp. Water - 4 tbsp. l Hazelnuts (fried) - 400 g For decor: Milk Chocolate - 200 g Dark Chocolate - 200 g Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l Walnut cookies with chocolate. Cooking Cookies: 1. First, prepare the shortcrust pastry. To do this, mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic and homogeneous. Then cover the bowl and put the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. 2. Put the finished dough in a deep baking sheet so that you get an even layer about 1 cm thick. Lubricate the dough with marmalade. 3. Grind hazelnuts. To do this, you can use a special grinder, and if it is not, a simple trick will help: wrap the hazelnuts in a clean towel and beat it well with a rolling pin. Slices of nuts can be quite large. 4. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla, water and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add nuts and mix well. 5. Put the nut mixture in an even layer on top of the dough and put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes in the blow mode. 6. We take out the finished base for the cookies from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then cut into equal squares, and then each square into 2 triangles. 7. Mix the melted bitter and milk chocolate, add vegetable oil, and then carefully immerse the legs (remember the geometry) of our triangles in chocolate. Put cookies on baking paper, wait until the chocolate hardens. Done!
