Super Chocolate Ice Cream.

A simple recipe for delicious homemade chocolate ice cream.


Dark chocolate (ground) - 200 g
Milk chocolate (ground) - 60 g
Milk from 2.5% - 350 ml
Cream from 30% - 250 ml
Sugar - 100 g
Large yolk - 4 pcs.
Marshmallow - 115 g

Super Chocolate Ice Cream

Ice cream making:

1. Bring the mixture of milk and cream to a boil.

2. Remove from heat and pour black chocolate mixture.

3. Stir until completely dissolved.

4. Beat the yolks with sugar in a lush, light mass.

5. While stirring in the yolk mass, add a thin stream of chocolate mixture.

6. Put the mixture on low heat and cook, stirring, thickening (do not bring to a boil).

7. Pour the mixture into a clean container, tighten with plastic wrap and cool.

8. Thoroughly beat the mixture and put it in the freezer (20-30 minutes)

9. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times.

10. Beat the mixture for the last time, add chopped marshmallows (100 g) and chocolate.

11. Stir manually with a spatula.

12. Put the mixture into the freezer completely to harden.

13. Put the ice cream in a serving bowl.

14. Decorate before serving mashmallow.
