• 150g couscous,
• 150 grams of cheese,
• 2 cloves garlic,

• 4 tbsp. olive oil,
• pinch of ground paprika,
• ground black pepper to taste
• salt to taste.

The method of preparation, how to cook stuffed peppers:

1. Couscous pour boiling water so that water covered the croup by 1 cm, salt, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Then, mix, add the oil, and leave for 5 minutes. The water should completely soak into the couscous.

2. With bell peppers, cut the tops and remove seeds. Sprinkle with paprika oil, place in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 15 minutes and bake until half.

3. Mushrooms cut into small pieces. Garlic cut into thin slices. Chop the greens. Cheese rub on a coarse grater.

4. Sauté mushrooms with garlic in hot olive oil for 7-10 minutes. At the end sprinkle with paprika.
