Strawberry Macaroons. We will need the following ingredients:

For cookies:

• 200 g of sugar,
• 110 g of almonds,
• 95 grams of egg whites (approximately proteins of two eggs),
• 30 g of sugar,
• pink food coloring.

For cream:

• 100 g of strawberries
• 30 g of sugar
• 1 lime
• 70 g of powdered sugar
• 100 g of butter.

Method of preparation, how to cook:

Pour almonds with boiling water to peel it. Peel the almonds from the peel. Debate and grind in a food processor until you get a fine powder.

Mix almond powder with sugar. Twice the mixture through a fine sieve. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Whisk the squirrels with a pinch of sugar.

When the proteins begin to rise gradually, introduce sugar for 1 teaspoon. Beat until a thick meringue is obtained.

Add a rosy food coloring. Add a third of the almond-sugar mixture, gently mix it with a spatula. Add the remaining mass and gently continue stirring, lifting the mass.

Mix the mass until it becomes homogeneous, but do not make it too liquid so that it does not spread out.

The baking tray was made with baking paper. Fill the confectionery bag with a diameter of 8 mm with a ready-made dough and squeeze the pasta.

After 30 minutes, send the pasta in a preheated oven to 150 C for 13 minutes. After 13 minutes, open the oven door. In a minute, open the oven completely and let the macaroni cool down.

Blend the oil with an electric mixer with sugar powder and gradually add the lime juice. Finely cut strawberries and whisk with butter cream.

Lay the cream on one half of the macaroni and cover the top of the second. To do this, it is best to use a confectionery bag. Put the macaroons in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
