Sour cream dessert with fruit.

It is very simple to prepare a sour cream dessert with fruits, it is much more difficult to wait for it to freeze. The delicacy is tasty, tender and healthy.

Ingredients:

Sour cream - 500 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla Sugar - 12 g
Gelatin - 25 g
Water - 100 ml.
Bananas - 2 pcs.
Tangerines - 2 pcs.
Kiwi - 2 pcs.

Cooking:

1. We dissolve gelatin in warm water and leave for 30 minutes for swelling and complete dissolution.

2. Peel and cut the fruit into small cubes, cut a small amount of bananas and kiwi in circles to decorate the dessert.

3. Fruits cut into cubes are laid out in glasses or bowls, in which we will serve dessert.

4. To prepare sour cream pouring in a deep bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well with a mixer until sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Pour dissolved gelatin into the sour cream filling and mix well again.

6. Pour the sour cream-gelatin mixture into glasses with fruits, decorate with chopped fruit on top in random order.

7. You can also garnish with grated chocolate or coconut.

8. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. After which it is ready for use.
