
Sour cream and gelatin dessert.
Despite the ease of preparation, a dessert made of sour cream and gelatin is very tasty and tender. It tastes very much like Bird's milk candy.
Ingredients:
Gelatin - 15 g
Water - 150 ml
Sour cream 20% - 500 g
Sugar - 150 g
To decorate:
Black Chocolate - 100 g
Sour cream - 35 g
Cooking:
1. Mix gelatin with water, let it swell and heat in a microwave wave or in a steam bath.
2. Mix sour cream with sugar until smooth.
3. Add a spoonful of sour cream mixture to gelatin, mix well and add all gelatin to sour cream.
4. Pour the dessert into molds and let it freeze in the refrigerator.
5. Melt the chocolate and mix with sour cream or cream. Pour over the dessert and let it harden.
