Vegetable salad with champignons.

The source of vitamins C and B, magnesium, potassium, vegetable protein, another dozen useful microelements and at the same time containing a minimum of calories - all these are champignons.

CALORICITY: 101 kcal.


Mushrooms (champignons) 300 g;
Avocado 2 pcs.;
Tomatoes (cherry) 500 g;
Cucumber 3 pcs.;
Basil 10 g;
Garlic 1 denticle;
Lemon ½ pcs.;
Oil (olive) 50 ml;
Vinegar (wine) 2 tsp.;
Honey 1 tsp;
Mustard (Dijon) 1 tsp.

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for refueling: olive oil, wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, squeeze out half a lemon juice and finely chopped garlic.

Peel and chop the champignons. Put the mushrooms in a large bowl and add ⅔ the portions of the dressing. Gently mix, cover and put aside for 30 minutes, until the mushrooms absorb the entire dressing.

Peel the avocado and cut it and cucumbers into small pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add the vegetables to the champignons, sprinkle with basil and season with the remaining sauce.
