Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Mustard French - 1 tsp.
Greenery - to taste
Salt - to taste
Olive oil - 5 tbsp. Spoons
Preparing products.
Chicken my fillet, cleaned of veins and tapes. Cook the meat in salted water for 20 minutes. Chilled meat is cut arbitrarily or we disassemble it into fibers. We cut the greens finely.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Carrots are cooked in the skin in salted water for 30 minutes. Cooled carrots are cleaned and cut into small cubes.
Eggs boil for 15 minutes in salted water. Cooled eggs are cleaned from the shell and cut finely (1 egg yolk left for refilling).
We prepare refueling. In a separate container, put the yolk and rub it with a fork.
To the yolk, add mustard French and olive oil.
All thoroughly mix until smooth.
Mix all the products for the salad: chicken, greens, carrots, cucumbers and eggs. We pour the salad dressing. Thoroughly mix.
Salad "Prague" is ready.
