Salad Flower Glade. A delicious and easy-to-prepare
Ingredients:
Canned corn - 1 can (340 g)
Eggs (boiled) - 4 pcs.
Ham - 200 g
Carrots (boiled) - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
Red onion (small) - 2 pcs.
Green onion - 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Salad Flower Glade.
Salad making:
1. Cut boiled potatoes, carrots and ham into slices, and then into small cubes.
2. Boiled eggs are divided into protein and yolk. Cut the yolks into small pieces, and rub the proteins on a fine grater.
3. We leave a little green onion (4-5 feathers) for decoration, and finely chop the onion with a knife.
4. In a bowl we put chopped potatoes, ham, carrots, canned corn (we leave one tablespoon of corn for decoration) and yolks. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well.
5. The ready-made salad is transferred to the salad bowl and beautifully aligned with a spoon, leaving a small tubercle in the middle.
6. On top of the salad, spread the grated proteins in an even layer.
7. We make flowers for salad decoration from a small red onion, and stalks from feathers of green onions. In the center of each flower we put a grain of corn. We decorate the salad along the edge of the plate with chopped green onions.
