Parmesan - 4 tablespoons.
Parsley - 5 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

I'm preparing the food on the list.
Puff dough defrost, if it is frozen. With the help of flour for dust, I roll dough about 3 mm thick, then cut out squares measuring about 7 * 7 mm.

With the help of a sharp knife I make incisions, having retreated from the edges about 1 cm. I make the cut not to the very bottom, but to a depth of about 1-2 mm.

Lubricate the inner square of the layers with cheese curds with greens.
Tomatoes I use medium-sized. Tomatoes thinly cut into slices. Spread on 1-2 circles for each puff (this depends on the thickness of the sliced ​​tomato, if the circles are thin, then you can put 2 pcs.).

Lay the layers on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle them with grated parmesan on a medium grater.
I bake puffs in a preheated oven for 220 minutes for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 5 more minutes.
