Praline. Healthy dessert recipes.


Almonds - 25 g;
• 25 g - cashews;
walnuts - 25 g;

• 200 g - sugar;

• 1 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil.

Cooking time 15 min.


Walnuts and almonds fry in a dry heated frying pan, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes. Put on one edge of a linen towel, cover with a second end and gently rub to remove the husks. Cashew also fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Put all the nuts between the two layers of food film and 2-3 times as it should roll with a rolling pin.

Stew with a thick bottom lightly oiled, add sugar and put on a small fire. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar completely melts and gets a light yellow color.

Add the nuts to the caramel, mix. After 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Cover the work surface with a foil sheet, grease it with oil and pour out the caramel mixture. Lubricate the surface with an oil spoon. Let it freeze.

Separate the praline from the foil. Large pieces can be used for decoration of confectionery. For filling praline needs to be crushed into a crumb.

Its name was given to the praline in honor of the French Duke Plessis-Pralene. Being an ambassador in Belgium, the Duke not only engaged in politics, but also devised new desserts.

Confectioners decorate praline cakes and pastries, mousses and sorbets. Grinded delicacy is added to fillings for cakes, ice cream and fruit salads.
