But since it is too much for the size of my cupcake, I took products of a more acceptable weight - in 200 g. I wanted to make a chocolate pound cake with raisins. The weight of flour and cocoa gives a total of 200 g. Eggs are also in an approximate form 200-220 g. Do not be afraid to add all the sugar, the cake does not come out sugaryly sweet.


Flour - 150 g
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. with the top
Sugar - 200 g
Butter - 200 g
Raisins - 50 g
Rum essence - 5 drops
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp

To prepare a pound cake, take all the products on the list.

All products must be at room temperature. Beat soft butter to break all lumps.

Add sugar and beat again. Dripping a rum essence. Then add cold eggs one at a time and beat each time until lush.

When all the eggs have been added, add the sifted flour with baking powder, gently stir the flour with a spatula. You can also add a pinch of vanillin or vanilla sugar. Sift cocoa powder into a bowl. Mix everything with a spatula again.

Raisins must first be washed several times, dried and sprinkled with flour. Add raisins to the chocolate dough. It will turn out smooth and magnificent, like a cream. Stir the raisins evenly into the dough.

Put the dough in a greased and floured form. Bake a pound muffin at an average temperature (180 ° C) for about 50 minutes. The readiness of the cupcake to check with a wooden speck.
