Pork roast with potatoes.

I suggest trying a delicious roast with pork and potatoes, called cobbler.
It is cooked in the oven with various vegetables and delicious cakes on kefir.

Ingredients:

500-700 g of pork
2 onions, cut into half rings
1-2 carrots, chopped into thin rings
3-4 tomatoes or 2 tbsp. tomato paste
1-2 bell peppers
8-10 pcs. potatoes

For cakes:

170 ml of kefir
270 g flour
0.5 tsp slaked soda
0.5 tsp salt
70 g margarine
3 tbsp chopped parsley or dill (optional)

Cooking:

1. Cut the meat into medium slices.

2. Cut the potatoes into 5-6 parts each, dip in salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Throw it in a colander.

3. Peel the tomato, cut the peppers into slices.

4. Fry pork, add onions, carrots, lightly fry. Put pepper, chopped tomatoes or tomato paste, sugar, salt, spices to taste.

5. Pour in the broth (water) and simmer a little until the meat is soft.

6. Add potatoes and mix everything.

7. Prepare the dough, roll it into a layer with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Cut a glass of mug, preferably not very large.

8. Put the meat and vegetables into the mold. Lay the tortillas and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Important! If there is not enough broth left, then before putting in the oven, add another broth or some water, taste it. The broth should be somewhere around half the meat.
