Pie with chicken and potatoes. Very hearty, tasty, and most importantly easy to prepare pie, from which everyone is delighted - both adults and children.
Ingredients:
Flour - 400 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 175 g
Butter - 100 g
Salt - 1 tsp.
Soda - 1 tsp.
For filling:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Potato - 300 g
Onion - 200 g
Salt - 2 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.

Pie making:
1. In a deep bowl add 175 grams of sour cream and 1 tsp. soda. Stir to make the baking soda quench. Then add 1 egg, 100 grams of melted butter and salt. Stir again. Now sift 400 grams of flour and knead the dough, cover it with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
2. To prepare the filling, cut into small cubes the chicken fillet, potatoes and onions. Combine everything in a deep bowl, add salt and black pepper. Shuffle.
3. Divide the rest of the dough into two equal parts and roll it into a large circle, put it on parchment and put the whole filling there.
For juiciness and taste, add slices of butter. Cover the top with a second circle, fasten the edges and make small cuts. Now crossing them together, lift up.
4. In the middle, make a hole and bake the cake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
5. You can grease a warm pie with butter to make it shine, cut into portions and serve.
