You will need:

4 large pears;
100g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese;
30 g of refined hazelnut;
2 tablespoons honey;
2 egg yolks;
¼ tsp crushed cardamom seeds.

For the chocolate sauce:

100 g of chocolate,
Butter - 2 tablespoons,
2 tablespoons brandy or cognac,
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons,
mint for decoration.


Preheat the oven to 180C.
