Ingredients

1.2 kg of fresh peaches;

Put the dough in 8-10 portions in the form of “caps” on top of the fruit filling. Lubricate the “caps” with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake on the top shelf of the oven at 190 ° C until golden brown - about an hour. Cover with foil if necessary. Allow the dessert to cool before serving.
