This is the perfect recipe for crab meat: it is simple and emphasize the natural taste. Serve the pasta with a slice of lemon or lime juice and white wine. Pasta c crabmeat and almonds.

We will need these ingredients:

500 g flour;
1 teaspoon of sea salt;
4 large eggs, lightly beaten;
1 teaspoon olive oil;
125 g chopped oil;
110 g whole almonds, toasted and chopped;
200 g of fresh crab meat;
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper;
½ cup fresh almond flakes.

The method of preparation, how to cook pasta c crabmeat and almonds:

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, eggs and olive oil. Add, if necessary, some water. Knead the dough a homogeneous condition on floured board. Place the dough in a plastic bag or wrap it in foil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

2. Pass the dough through a pasta machine or roll. Do this several times, reducing the distance between the rollers, and the last time skip the dough through the slimmest gap between the rollers (roll up to 1 mm). Cut the dough into strips 2 cm. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain.

3. While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a thick-walled deep frying pan over medium heat. Cook about 3-4 minutes, until the butter starts foaming and will not be lightly golden. Add the almonds, ready to paste, crab meat, cayenne pepper. Gently stir and season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh basil leaves.
