Pancake cake with crab sticks and red caviar.
An easy-to-cook snack pancake cake with red caviar and crab sticks. The cake is delicious, beautiful and festive.

Pancake Ingredients:

Kefir - 100 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Soda - 1 pinch
Dill - 4 branches
Flour - 140 g
Vegetable oil - 25 ml

For filling:

Cheese (Friendship) - 140 g
Crab sticks - 5 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l
Caviar (caviar appetizer) - 110 g

Pancake cake.

Cooking Cake:

1. To make pancakes in a deep bowl, break three eggs, add one third of a teaspoon of salt and shake well. Pour 100 grams of kefir (room temperature or warm), add soda and stir.

Sift 140 grams of flour and mix so that there are no lumps. Pour 25 ml of vegetable oil. Finely chop the dill and add it to the dough. Stir everything well, scoop out the dough and pour it into a dry heated frying pan.

Spread over the entire surface. When the pancake is fried on one side, turn over and hold until cooked. Total should get 5 pieces.

2. For the filling, grate the friendship cheese on a fine grater (two packs of 70 grams each), 5 crab sticks and one clove of garlic. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.

3. Proceed to the assembly of the cake. Put pancakes and grease them with the filling among themselves. I advise you to divide the filling into five parts in advance, so that it is enough equally. Lubricate the last pancake and carefully trim the edges.

Divide the cake into pieces immediately. And now with a spoon, carefully lay out the red caviar (I used caviar appetizer) and send the cake in the refrigerator for soaking for a couple of hours.
