Ingredients for cakes (6 pieces):

Flour - 750 g
Sugar - 750 g
Butter (soft) - 750 g
Eggs - 12 pcs.
Baking powder - 3 tsp.
Vanilla flavor - 6 tbsp. l
Multicolor food colors

For cream:

Curd cheese - 250 g
Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l
Cream Thickener - 15 g
Fat Cream - 250 ml


A baking dish (preferably 2 or 3 forms) - we have it 16.5 centimeters in diameter
Round metal shape 10 cm in diameter

Cooking Cake:

1. To prepare a biscuit, first mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, soft butter and flavor together. The dough should be thick and uniform. Mix the dough for all the cakes together, and only then divide into portions. Each portion is tinted with dye, spread in a uniform layer and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes in the blowing mode. Tip: of course, if you have only one form, it will take a long time to bake each cake separately. Ideally, it would be nice to have three forms at once, and the number of cakes can be reduced to three and make them 2 times thicker.

2. When the cakes are ready, carefully cut off the uneven top layer from them. Ideally, cakes of the same size should be obtained (about 15 cm in diameter and 1.5-2 cm thick).

3. The time has come to use our round molds: with their help we divide each cake into 3 parts - a circle and two rings of the same thickness.

4. Carefully swap parts of the cake layers so that each cake consists of 3 parts of different colors.

5. Mix the cream of cottage cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream with a thickener. When the cream becomes thick and uniform, coat them with cakes.

6. We completely cover the cake with cream on the outside and decorate, for example, with figures from sugar, colorful dragees, sweets, etc.
