Marseille salad with prunes and Korean carrots is one of the delicious layered salads.

On the Internet you can find various cooking options for this salad, I chose the option with boiled chicken. One of the features of this salad is that the ingredients in it are combined and layered in mayonnaise in pairs.

Marseille salad can decorate any celebration, and you can also please your family and cook it on a day off. Such a salad will be well served with a side dish of rice or potatoes, and also delicious with pasta.


Chicken fillet - 200 g
Prunes - 70 g
Korean carrot - 100 g
Walnuts - 30 g
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Hard cheese - 80 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Parsley - 0.5 bunch
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste.

Step by step recipe.

Prepare the necessary products for the salad on the list.
Cook the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into cubes.

Cut prunes into thin strips. Put chicken fillet on a flat plate, prune on it, and grease well with mayonnaise.

Grind Korean carrots.
Fry walnuts in a pan, chop with a knife. Combine nuts with carrots. You can add a clove of garlic.

Lay a layer of carrots with nuts on top of the prunes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and minced garlic. Mix well.
Put a cheese cap on top of carrots with nuts.
Boil hard boiled eggs and grate.

Lay eggs on top of the cheese layer.
Grind parsley and sprinkle on top of eggs. The delicious Marseille salad with prunes, Korean carrots and chicken is ready.

Decorate it to your taste and immediately serve.
