Marmalade, a treat for our waistlines.


citric acid taste,
1 cup pomegranate juice,
1 cup sugar,
gelatin 50 g,
1 glass of lemonade.

Cooking method.

Gelatin pour lemonade, leave to swell.
In a saucepan pour the pomegranate juice. Add sugar and citric acid. Mix well.

A mixture of pomegranate juice with sugar, combine with gelatin swollen.
Put a saucepan on low heat for 20 minutes (do not boil!).

The hot mixture cool slightly, pour formochkam (molds advance put on a flat tray to comfortably move in a refrigerator). Give cool completely, then went to chill until cool.

Ready marmalade removed from the molds, cover with sugar or powdered sugar.
