To prepare a cupcake, you need to determine the proportions and be sure to apply the scales. The first step is to weigh the eggs in the shell, and then take the same weight for other products except chocolate.
4 eggs from my refrigerator weighed 250 g, which means that flour, sugar, butter should also be taken in 250 g each. If the weight of the eggs is less or more, then the remaining ingredients decrease or increase accordingly.

Ingredients
Eggs - 4 pcs. (250g)
Butter - 250 g
Flour - 250 g
Sugar - 250 g
Chocolate - 80 g
Vanillin - optional
Salt - 1 pinch

Step by step recipe
I used sugar powder to beat eggs faster, but I have regular sugar. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until white and until lush. It takes at least 5 minutes.
Sift all the vanilla flour. Mix with a hand whisk until a smooth, uniform dough is obtained. Then mix in soft butter.
Melt the chocolate in an acceptable way. I do this in the microwave for a minute, and then stir until completely homogeneous and smooth. Add chocolate to the dough. Stir in a couple of movements, not more, to get a "marble" dough.
Put the dough in a baking dish. I do not lubricate the form and parchment. Bake a cupcake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour. With strong frying, cover with foil or place the foil under the bottom of the mold.
The readiness of the cake to check with a bite, it should come out completely dry. Cool the cupcake into shape and then extract it. Marble muffin from Paul Bokyuz is ready. It turns out to be very loose without a baking powder and at the same time dense, it just melts in your mouth.
