If you want to make a tasty and easy dessert, then this recipe is for you. The most gentle Panna-cotta will please with its rich taste and bright color, you and your loved ones this cold winter.

We need the following ingredients:

• 200 ml of cream 33%,
• 200 ml of natural yogurt,
• 200 ml of tangerine juice,
• 150 g (can be more or less, adjust to taste) sugar,
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
• 10 grams of instant gelatin.

For jelly:

• 0, 5 tbsp pieces of pure pulp mandarin,
• 150 ml of tangerine juice,
• 2-3 tablespoons of sugar,
• 1 tsp gelatin.

Method of preparation, how to prepare:

For panna cotta, soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water, for jelly in 1-2 tablespoons water for 10 minutes, set aside.

Mix cream, yogurt, juice, sugar and vanilla sugar in a scoop. Put on the fire and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved (just not to a boil), take off, add gelatin, stir well.

Strain through a strainer and disperse into molds. How they will depend only on you, can be like tall glasses and kremanki.

Put in the fridge almost until it is completely congealed, for about an hour. Mix the juice with sugar, cook, remove from heat, add gelatin, stir well, so that it completely blossoms, lightly cool.

Tangerine pieces laid on top of the cooled panna cotta, fill the jelly. Again, put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
