Liqueur is coffee. At home, you can easily prepare an absolutely delicious drink. Coffee liquor! Most often for cooking mistresses use vodka or even alcohol. I want to offer a softer version of the coffee liqueur based on white rum.

For a more pronounced flavor, in addition to instant coffee, I recommend adding whole coffee beans to the beverage. Preparing such a liquor will be much longer. But its taste will become much more pleasant and refined.

To prepare the coffee liqueur, prepare the ingredients in the list.


Sugar cane - 150 g
Drinking water - 180 ml
Rum white - 350 ml
Coffee soluble - 2.5 tbsp.
Vanillin - 0,5 bags
Coffee beans - 2 tbsp.

Step-by-step recipe:

Mix sugar with water. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until a syrup is obtained.
Pour the syrup into cool dishes. Add instant coffee, vanillin. Stir everything.

Completely cool the resulting coffee syrup. Then pour into a glass bottle of 0.7 liters. Put coffee beans in the same place.

Pour the rum into the bottle. Replace the cover well. Take away in a cool dark place for at least 2 weeks. The longer the liqueur is infused, the softer and more pleasant the taste becomes.

Our coffee liquor is ready! You can drink it in its pure form or use it for cocktails and baking. I strongly recommend home coffee liqueur for impregnating biscuits or preparing tiramisu. It turns out very tasty!
