Ingredients:
- fat-free cottage

- cocoa powder - 20-40g (I added 20g, but it is possible and more),
- honey - gram 30 (I have 2 hours.),
- Gelatin food - 20-25gr.
Light chocolate-curd dessert.
Preparation:
Gelatine diluted in a glass of water, leave for 30-40 minutes, put on a slow fire, - until gelatin is dissolved. Add milk, cottage cheese, cocoa, honey.
Mix with a blender in a homogeneous mass. Pour into a mold and put it in the cold until it freezes. If desired, you can add berries, candied fruits.

We will need these ingredients:
• egg whites - 4 pcs.
• flour - 75 g
• powdered sugar - 200 g
• grated chocolate - 125 g
• vanilla sugar - 2 sachets
• cinnamon - ½ tsp.
• Cardamom - ½ tsp.
Chocolate meringue.
Cooking method:
1 Proteins whisk, until a thick foam.
2 Add the sifted flour, powdered sugar, grated chocolate, vanilla sugar and spices. All gently to mix.
3 Baking tray lay a parchment paper and lay a teaspoon of dough.
4 Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
