Lemon Curd Cake. A delicious and fragrant lemon muffin for tea, which is prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

Butter - 40 g,
Sugar - 200 g,
Curd - 360 g,
Egg - 4 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Soda - 1.5 tsp.
Flour - 250 g

Butter - 180 g
Cocoa - 60 g
Sugar - 80-100 g

Cottage cheese - 350 g
Sugar - 70-100 g
Vanilla Sugar - 20 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sour cream - 70 g
Corn starch - 20-40 g

Pie making:

1. For the filling, everything must be thoroughly interrupted with a submersible blender until a homogeneous mass. If the filling is liquid, add more corn starch; if thick enough, less.

2. Sift flour and cocoa, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the chilled butter, then rub it into small crumbs with your hands.

3. Part (2/3) of the crumbs are sent to the mold, form the bottom and sides, put the curd mass and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

4. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
