Withstand products at room temperature, soften the oil.
Combine the soft butter with sugar and grate with a fork until unification.
Add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a peel of one lemon. Beat with a mixer until a uniform oil mass is obtained.

Add eggs one at a time, whisking each time until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
In a separate container, mix the flour, starch, vanillin, baking powder. Sift the flour mixture into the oil mixture.
The dough should be mixed with a spatula until a very dense and smooth dough is obtained.
