Julien is a hot snack. Served in a small pot - cocoon. Julienne. It is interesting that originally the julien was called "kokot". From there came the name of the special dishes for this dish. Today, many love juliens. The recipe for making it came to us from France.

- Boiled chicken breast 1 pc.
- Champignons 1 kg
-A head of onion 1 pc.
-Short 300 g
-Cream 10% 350 g
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
-Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons.
-Salt, pepper to taste.

We cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Fry mushrooms with vegetable oil over low heat for 7-10 minutes, then add onions. Solim, pepper to taste. And continue to simmer the mushrooms for 10 minutes over low heat until golden brown.

Once our mushrooms have become golden, add the chicken breast to them and stew for 10 minutes over low heat.

Preparation of creamy sauce. In a separate bowl, pour the contents of the cream and add 1 tablespoon of flour to make our sauce slightly thick. Mix the contents with a mixer so that there are no lumps.

We put the sauce on medium fire. Stirring, let the sauce thicken.

We send our sauce to mushrooms and chicken, stir and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Next, we grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the julienne and distribute it evenly. Top with sprinkled cheese on a large grater. We put our dish in pre-heated to 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes.

In half an hour we take out our julienne. I usually divide it into 9 servings.
