Swedish meatballs with cowberry sauce.

Meatballs kotobular is a favorite dish of Carlson, the most famous Swedish character.

• 250 g ground beef
• 1 egg

• ½ cup of milk
• 2 onions

• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 250 g of cranberries
• 50 g of sugar
• 1 stick of cinnamon
• half a lemon peel
• 1 bunch of dill


Chop onion, fry and cool. Peel potatoes and grind them in shallow water.
