Jam potato pie with chicken breast.
Ruddy and easy to prepare jellied pie with kefir with potatoes and chicken breast.
From the specified number of ingredients, two pies of 10x20 cm are obtained.

Ingredients for the dough:

Flour - 100 g
Kefir 3.2% - 300 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 10 g
Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.

For filling:

Potato - 400 g
Chicken Breast - 270 g
Onions - 100 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt and pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 4 tbsp. l

Jellied Pie.

Pie making:

1. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil over high heat for about two minutes.

2. Minced chicken also in vegetable oil for about one minute and add to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix everything and let cool slightly.

3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, kefir, baking powder, salt and pepper. Beat whisk until smooth.

4. Sift flour into a liquid mixture of eggs and kefir and whisk lightly again with a whisk until smooth and the lumps dissolve.

5. Put the whole filling into the dough and mix with a spoon.

6. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil (two rectangular shapes are used in the recipe, you can use any shape as desired), pour the dough with the filling and flatten with a spoon.

7. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. If desired, one minute before cooking, you can turn on the upper grill mode to get a crispy crust.

8. Cool the cakes slightly and remove from the mold in any way (for example, by turning over with two plates).
