Today we will prepare a homemade ice cream. This dessert is known to many and loved since childhood. It does not require any special culinary skills. Everyone can make such a delicious ice cream, the main thing is to know some of the nuances.


Yolk - 4 pcs.
Powdered Sugar - 150 g
Vanillin - 1 sachet
Milk - 100 ml
Fat cream (not less than 33% fat content) - 500 ml

Ice cream making:

1. In a saucepan (necessarily with a thick bottom) we combine the yolks, icing sugar and a bag of vanillin or vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.

2. Pour in the milk.

3. We put on the smallest fire and cook, constantly stirring until the consistency of condensed milk. Do not bring the mass to a boil in any case.

4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

5. When the mass has completely cooled, only then do we begin to work with cream. Cream should be fat, fat content of 33% or more. The fatter the better. They must be well cooled. Before use, keep the cream in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably night.

6. Beat cold cream to dense peaks, starting at low revs.

7. In the bowl with whipped cream, spread the cooled custard mass and mix gently until smooth.

8. The resulting mixture is poured into a container and sent to the freezer.

9. In the first 3 hours, it is necessary to take out the container 5-6 times and mix thoroughly.
