Only 4 ingredients and several hours of good freezing - and the Snickers ice cream cake is ready!
Crispy chocolate crust, the base of the most delicate homemade ice cream, caramel and peanuts. Everything is ingenious, delicious and simple!


Unsalted Roasted Peanuts - 100 g
Chilled Cream (35%) - 500 ml
Melted dark or milk chocolate - 400 g
Caramel - 380 ml

Ice cream cake Snickers.

Cooking method:

1. Beat the caramel with a mixer. It is necessary to bring it to a homogeneous tender mass without lumps.

2. Now pour the cream into the caramel and shake again with the mixer.

3. Pour the resulting mass into a pre-cooked form covered with parchment paper and send it to the freezer for solidification (freeze for 2-2.5 hours).

4. We get the ice cream from the freezer and make a small groove in it, into which we add peanuts and pour caramel.

5. Return the ice cream to the freezer for another 40 minutes.

6. Remove the ice cream from the mold, remove the parchment paper and evenly apply melted chocolate on it.

7. The third time we send ice cream to the freezer for another 15 minutes.
